A typical request: a payer's 835s stop posting after a clearinghouse change. We trace the remit files, correct the mapping, reconcile the payments that were missed, and put a daily check in place so the next break is caught the same day instead of at month end.
Paradexo was founded in 2016 by Charlie Thompson. Our background is in revenue cycle operations at Community Health Systems, HCA Healthcare, and Parallon, inside hospital and shared services business offices, before we started consulting.
We know how a claim moves from registration through billing, clearinghouse edits, adjudication, and posting, and where it tends to break along the way. The software we build is shaped by that, which is why it holds up in a working billing office.
